Keto Mocha iBu-latte

Here is my tasty take on the famous Bulletproof Coffee recipe.  It is designed especially for athletes, as it nourishes the body with more high-quality fat, calories, and an impressive energy boost!

2/3 cup of high-quality Moka Pot espresso - Thanksgiving Coffee Pony Express is my choice
1 1/8 cup water
2 tbsp grass-fed butter
2 tbsp MCT oil
3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp Pyure Sweetener
1.5-2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Lite Salt
1/8-1/4 tsp Pink Salt
Ceylon Cinnamon to taste



1)  Put espresso, water, heavy whipping cream, and butter in pot.  Heat until butter is melted and liquid is barely bubbling.

2)  As the above is heating, put sweetener, cocoa powder, salt, cinnamon, and MCT oil in blender.

3)  Once espresso mixture is heated to the proper temperature, pour atop the other ingredients and blend.
